Two Story Detached Property
The proposed structure two storey detached property with a two-tier basement. The use for the property is for residential accommodation. The proposed structure is of traditional construction, comprising loadbearing masonry party, front and rear elevation walls. These walls support a timber pitched roof and timber suspended floors. The lower floors will be constructed of concrete.
The proposed substructure will be a secant pile outer skin with a lining wall and ground-bearing slab at the substructure level, with capping beam to support the superstructure external walls. The basement will be split into two levels with a RC intermediate floor which will provide additional restraint to the secant piles.
