- Construction of phase 2 comprising of a three storey building including 9 flats and a gym.
- Construction of two parking areas.
- Our work involves the following:-
- Drainage design for Proposed Surface connections for carparks surface run of in addition to the roof drainage. SW Drainage with attenuation to comply with the SUDS. All SW drainage to discharge to public outfall.
- Drainage design for Proposed Foul water connections from proposed building to public outfall.
- Surfacing layout.
- Vehicle crossing and dropped kerbs.
