A prestigious £1.9 million refurbishment project in central London, transforming an iconic nightclub into a newly purposed commercial venue. Imperium Engineering led all structural and internal works, including extensive wall reconstructions, reinforcements, and a complete fit-out. Our team retained the site’s iconic identity while introducing modern structural integrity and aesthetic upgrades. From space planning to finish selection, this project involved complex logistics, coordination with local authorities, and seamless integration of old and new.
