This £940,000 new-build development for the 8th Ashford Scouts delivers a long-awaited community facility, including a large multipurpose hall, generous storage, and flexible-use rooms—plus a purpose-built shooting range. The building sits at the heart of a large green site, ideal for outdoor scouting activities. Constructed using traditional methods and modern materials, the facility prioritises energy efficiency through integrated solar panels, heat pumps, and enhanced insulation.
