A £2.5 million redevelopment project blending commercial and residential design. The existing grocery store was transformed into a multifunctional wellness space, now featuring a state-of-the-art gym, café, and salon—all tailored for community use. Simultaneously, four newbuild houses were constructed, integrating seamlessly with the surrounding residential area. Delivered within six months (January–July 2024), the project reflects Imperium Engineering’s strength in managing multi-use sites, balancing technical demands with high-quality finishes. Attention was placed on space efficiency, accessibility, and modern lifestyle needs, with bespoke architectural and structural solutions that showcase our ability to innovate within tight timelines and diverse requirements.
