Imperium Engineering and Construction is a limited company that specializes in delivering a range of services including Construction, Commercial Decoration, Building Restoration, Fit-out, and Liquid Roofing to building projects across various sectors. We operate as a boutique-run and managed firm and undertake projects ranging from £1k to £10m within the London and Southeast of England region.

Our collaborative client approach and commitment to doing things the right way have earned us an excellent reputation in the industry. Our long-standing clients, diverse portfolio of projects, and staff retention are a testament to this. Our founder, Colin Pratt, still serves as the Managing Director of the company.
We place great emphasis on investing in directly employed site operatives, surveyors, and site and project managers, to ensure that we can provide our clients with comprehensive internal control and management processes during the design and construction of their projects.

We prioritize maintaining safe sites and are members of Constructionline and CHAS. Environmental sustainability is also a top priority for us, and we work with suppliers, products, and materials that align with our environmentally sound approach.
