Today they have been great with Jeanette getting straight back to me, within minutes. I have to say that since I wrote that review 4 months ago the construction in question still hasn't been started, they take ages over everything especially getting back to you if you query anything or have a question. Some of their plan simply did not take into account the existing house and expected us to do near impossible things. Some things they proposed simply couldn't be done. We had a 'Teams' meeting and were promised quick results, that was over two weeks ago and we still do not have the amended plans. Overall excellent office staff is the best I can say.

We used Imperium Engineering to draw up structural plans for a project we were considering and found them to be very good. They were not the cheapest quote we received, but the pack they sent out with the fee breakdown was detailed and also provided interesting information about the company and previous work they had done. The feeling was that if they had taken the time to prepare a such a considered report ahead of being appointed, then this too would be reflected in the quality of their work. We found this to be true. The engineer we had down was friendly and respectful of COVID measures and they have always responded promptly to queries both from myself and the architects which was appreciated. We would happily recommend their services based on our experience.

Dealt with Lefteris for my extension and his customer service was second to none - fast and detailed responses, reassuring at every step and would recommend him, and his colleagues, to anyone in need! The aftercare team ensured all loose ends were finalised and I was happy with the end product. Charleigh in particular stood out to me. Cannot fault the Imperium Engineering team.

My husband and I just finished building our lovely extension. I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to leave one this time. Spending time in my newly built extension feels surreal.
